Meet Jacqueline Simoneau, Olympic Synchornized Swimmer

Name : Jacqueline Simoneau

Profession : Olympic Synchronized Swimmer

Bio : Born in Chambly, Québec, Canada, Jacqueline is a 2 time Pan American Games gold medallist, 8 time National champion and a 17 time World Series Medallist. Simoneau placed seventh in her first Olympic Games (Rio 2016) in the duet event. She is consistently ranked among the world’s best solo, duet and team artistic swimmers.

How ELIXIR keeps her going?

Simoneau trains anything from 40 to 60 hours per week inside the water and in the gym. Training 6 days a week requires a recovery strategy to keep her going. One of her favourite recovery methods is to sleep in her ELIXIR shirt. It helps her relieve any inflammation and she is able to wake up ready to go for another training day.
